BFF's are now neighbors!
Adding direct mail marketing as part of an overall advertising plan works when taking a listing. After getting the home on the market, I sent out a JUST LISTED postcard throughout the area, within a 3 block radius.
The JUST LISTED postcard is an inexpensive way to put the neighborhood on notice that someone is selling their home and also a less intrusive way to gain more exposure to get it SOLD.
A neighbor called her best friend and told her about the home and guess what?! She offered, my clients went under contract, the transaction closed and recorded. Happy sellers, happy buyers, that is the goal set forth! Try it, perhaps it will create a happy ending for your clients too.
