In the webinar we conducted on November 10th, 2015, Bob Stewart welcomed back Brian Gass and tackled how you can convert seller leads for appointments and listings as well as how to use the scripts of the top-producting Ben Kinney Real Estate Team to your advantage!
Bob and Brian began with a recap of the previous webinar on Generating Seller Leads Using Valuation Sites and continued on with the different strategies to keep yourself in front of potential sellers and how to differentiate yourself and your business.
This was followed by the different scripts the Ben Kinney Real Estate Team uses and the appropriate situations in which to use them. Finally Brian ended with the concept of mapping to get your hands on Off-market properties and FSBOs. This last concept was a real eye opening experience for everyone on the call.
