On October 24th, the Shores of Jupiter helped celebrate the Halloween Holiday with its’ Annual Halloween Parade. Tracey Lavoll & Tracy Rhoades of Keller Williams Realty helped organize this year’s annual event together with the Halloween Party committee for the Shores. The committee consists of the Boyds, the Toward’s and the Boyce’s. The new committee did an amazing job taking over the torch from Dave and Kim Lindley, who have created the fabulous event that it is today.
With help from multiple other vendors and an amazing crew of high school volunteers from the Shores, this year’s celebration was a huge success. We had special guests including, Winnie the Pooh, Cinderella, Batman and Spiderman. There was over 15 pounds of candy that was hidden on the trail behind the Kuretski Park, a bounce house, crafts, photo booth, face painting, Kona Ice Truck, cotton candy, caramel apples, and much more. It was great to see all of the children of the Shores parading down Longshore in their creative costumes with the assistance of Palm Beach County Fire Department and the Jupiter Police.
The Shores of Jupiter is conveniently located off Central Boulevard, approx 1/2 miles North of Indiantown Road. The oak tree lined streets highlight this south after community. The Shores is home to over 9 meandering lakes, two parks, and beautiful wooded areas with multiple trails.
