There are Deals in the Greenwich Housing Market, Connecticut.

Greenwich, Connecticut is known for its multi-million dollar estates but there are still deals to be had under the two million dollar mark.

In the past three months August to October 149 single family homes have sold in Greenwich at an average price of $2,599,322 with an average square foot price sold of $595.

Here are a few listings that are move in ready but just  have not checked off all the boxes for buyers be it missing a bathroom, needed an update or just painting…..

These homes are minutes away from downtown Central Greenwich and sit on nice lot sizes between ¾ to 1 ½ acres.

65 Fairfield Road, 4 bed, 3 ½ bath with 3,024 sq. ft. on 1.09 acres listed at $1,595,000, price/sq.ft.  at $527. Days on market 185. Town assessor appraised total $1,676,900, 70% assessed total is $1,173,830 with taxes of $13,926.

7 Turner Drive, 5 bed, 4 ½ bath with 8,351 sq. ft. on 1.29 acres listed at $1,650,000, price/sq.ft.  at $198. Days on market 287. Town assessor appraised total $2,062,000, 70% assessed total is $1,443,400 with taxes of $17,124.

108 Glenville Road, 4 bed, 2 ½ bath with 3,242 sq. ft. on 1 acre listed at $1,670,000, price/sq.ft.  at $515. Days on market 197. Town assessor appraised total $1,854,200, 70% assessed total is $1,297,940 with taxes of $14,629.

 2 Boxwood Lane, 4 bed, 4 ½ bath with 3,866 sq. ft. on 0.83 acre listed at $1,795,000, price/sq.ft.  at $464. Days on market 373. Town assessor appraised total $2,098,900, 70% assessed total is $1,469,230 with taxes of $16,559.
