Ok. So, our MLS has rules that don't allow agents to post pics with their signs, phone numbers and the like. Most probably have similar rules. Yet today, in a single search, I found several of these and by various different agents. Why? Could it be that all of them said, "Why follow the rules"? Are they all just oblivious? Most of these properties have been on the market for more than a few days. Evidently the MLS has yet to catch them and/or does not have much concern about this...

So many simple things like this reflect poorly on all real estate agents as "rule breakers" that are just out to make a buck in any way that works.
Check your pictures peeps.
