This report covers single family homes in Oakley on 1 acre or less, sold sense August and active as of 11/9/15. Take a look at our last Oakley California Market Report; then take a look at these numbers:

Prices are seem to be going up, especially average prices. PPSF appears is heading down, but I think that is because people are buying much larger homes that tend to be cheaper on a SF basis.

This is the same pattern I am seeing in other East Contra Costa County Communities. Higher end homes are starting to sell. The Oakley Housing market supply is a little over one month, which is a very strong sellers market.
