Ron,

I have sold close to 20 properties this month, and most agents are busy as well, the market has picked up due to the lower prices on re-sales, short sales and bank owned properties. I am noticing a lot of short sales are selling at very close to full asking price and some of the nicer ones may have several offers on them. The good bank foreclosures also have multiple offers as well. Off season is coming, however I expect the sales to continue throughout the summer. The market in Palm Desert is great, if you are thinking about buying, now would be the time.
