I have been writing blogs for years on my ActiveRain site. I have been reading and commenting on other ActiveRain blogs as well. I have participated in several ActiveRain contests. I have even submitted critiques to ActiveRain that were accepted and implemented.

Over the years, I have used my ActiveRain blog to share valuable information with my clientele. I have also been able to share a joke or two. I have blogged about personal triumphs and heartbreaks. I have drawn attention to important subjects and events through my ActiveRain blog.

By being part of the ActiveRain community, I have had the remarkable friendship and support of Realtors and other industry personnel. I have learned so many things to benefit not only my career but also to benefit my mortgage customers. Many of these activities have earned me points.

Now it comes down to this blog to mark a milestone. After all this time, I have accumulated enough points through ActiveRain to be the highest scoring person at Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia. Yee haaaa !

It is an accomplishment I could not have reached without the support and assistance of many folks here in the ActiveRain community. Not only that but I could not have done it without my husband's encouragement over the years. He has been my fall back and my pick me up.

So, the only thing left to do is to ask all of you to continue to support me. I need more comments and more followers from ActiveRain. I need the motivational boost to strive even harder to achieve my next goal of being number one in Franklin County, Virginia.

Before I go, I must remind all of you reading this, I do lot loans, construction loans and home mortgage loans as well as refinancing anywhere in the entire state of Virginia. That means in every big city and every small town.

So here goes, I'm going to push the button to post this now and hope I'm right because, . . . .
