I am seeing fewer and fewer barns as they are deteriorating and being removed. Love this one.

Rob, Obviously this is a very old barn and it is as you said still standing .. I understand wood from old structures like this sells for premium prices.. good luck with your new listing.. 

I don't know about standing tall, but it has a nice roof. We see more barns coming down here than we do going up. I'm not really very happy about it.
