These homes are nothing to be brag about. The location is between Silicon Valley and Fremont (East SF Bay) making it a convenient stump ground for two income family.

 The price increase has been that way since beginning of 2012.....double digits every year.

Hello Sam ... prices continue to go through the roof in SJ and surrounding areas. Word has it, many homes that are located 1-2-3 blocks from the (New) Apple headquarters are going to possibly double close to the opening
