Building One

It's hard to capture the excitement of being on the site.  The model has been wired and rough plumbed; the front door was installed this morning.  The entire second floor of the Building 1 is up and all weekend people have been walking by and pointing.  Some buyers even brought their friends - we could hear them - "look, there's my unit!"  There's a strong sense of a neighborhood being born.
