Prices bouncing around from month to month, but generally on the way up; as the average price rises PPSF does tend to drop as larger homes are cheaper on a SF basis. In other local communities the higher end homes are starting to sell fast, as Discovery Bay Homes are the highest end of the local market that move to the higher end has not been quite as fast, but is starting to show up.
The Discovery Bay Housing market supply is a about 2 to 3 months which is a sellers market. Even though the market is moving to the higher end, the lower priced homes in Discovery Bay are still moving very fast, as this is already a high end market.
