This is up 13.7% from $488,000 in October of 2014. 3-month median price of $572,000 in October was very slightly up from $557,500 in September and up just slightly from $549,000 in October of 2014. Price per square foot in October was $264. This is down from $279 in September but up from $233 in October of 2014.
Inventory
Inventory of 58 in October was down 10.8% from 65 in September and down 7.9% from 63 in October of 2014. New listings in October were 12, unchanged from the same month last year. Months of supply of 5.4 in October was down modestly from 6 in September and down somewhat from 8 in October of 2014. This is the lowest months of supply has been since March, 2015.
Market Time
Days on market of 74 in October was up a little from 67 in September but down moderately from 104 in October of 2014.
