Homes for Sale on Acreage Tahoma Schools

One of the hottest commodities in the greater Maple Valley market is a home on 1 or more acres within the Tahoma School District. Big, small, fixer or luxurious Estate....if right-priced, they will sell....below the "luxury" threshold, usually within a matter of days or weeks.

As I've shared with clients over the years..."you can add on to a house, but rarely can you add more dirt beneath you."

If you think you're going to be in the market to buy something in the near future it will be helpful to keep an eye on current listings and see where they are priced, what amenities they have and what they sell for. Winter is a great time for viewing acreage properties because it will give you an idea how the property drains and if it has any issues.

Here are the currently available Residential properties on one or more acre in the Tahoma School District
