While Lincoln New Hampshire has been a destination resort for over 35 years this new boost to the economy and development trades has not changed much on main street. The high end slope side resort hasn't changed the landscape of Lincoln small town feel. The only noticable change in the future will be the additional property taxes added to the towns budget, which will help with the towns planned river walk park. A new performing arts center has been in the works for a number of years and additions are underway to the community center the home of the Lincoln Woodstock child care center, senior meals program, and additional after school programs scheduled. Based on the above sales the town should see an increase in thier property tax renenues of over 2 million dollars and so far no increase in the student population at the local school.
