Sacramento Metropolitan home prices have experienced a slight 0.5% decrease for October. The number of sold homes also decreased by 9.8% from our previous report. The average days went up by a single day, from 41 to 42 days, while inventory rose by 0.1. Both inventory and average days continue to be within the lowest range we've experienced for the last 15 months. The Sacramento Metropolitan area is still in a seller's market trend.
