The homes at The Terraces at Sunny Creek (yes, Sunny Creek Road and the Agua Hedionda Creek are nearby, to the east) were built in 2002 and 2003.
The Terraces offers a variety of 2-story floor plans, ranging in size from around 1800 SF to over 2700 SF with 3 – 5 bedrooms and 3 – 4 baths.
Open floor plans with high ceilings and big windows, and attached garages are other appealing features, along with the central Carlsbad location and some pleasant views from some homes, especially facing east and north.
Resident children attend the Carlsbad Schools, and the recently built Sage Creek High School is close by. Homeowners pay both HOA fees (as of this writing around $177 but varying by house) and Mello Roos.
