2015 Downtown Bryan Lights On!

Click here to search homes for sale in Bryan-College StationThe 2015 Downtown Bryan Lights On! event is the official holiday lighting ceremony.  The public is invited to usher in the holiday season with kids crafts, live music and much more.  I have it on good authority that Santa will be stopping by to take pictures with the kids.

After Downtown Bryan is lit up at 6:15pm, join Santa as he walks over to the Palace Theater.  There, you will find the arts and crafts tables set up for the kids.  Let them jump around in the Frozen-themed bounce house.  There will be more live music throughout the evening.  Then, at 8pm, the Palace Theater will be offering a free showing of the classic "How the Grinch Stole Christmas".

The Women's Club of Bryan-College Station will be passing out free cookies and hot chocolate to all of the guests at the 2015 Downtown Bryan Lights On! event.  That's right.  I said free cookies and hot cocoa.  When you're with Santa, cookies and cocoa should always be free.

Which do you prefer: the old "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" cartoon or Jim Carrey's live-action version of the Grinch?  Please let me know which one and why in the comments below.
