Client Appreciation Party- 5 Questions

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty

I am planning on having a Client Appreciation Party after the holidays in January. I want my clients to know how much I appreciate their business, trust, and loyalty to my team.  I have never had a Client Appreciation Party, so I would love to hear from the Activerain community-

1.  Have you ever hosted a Client Appreciation Party?

2.  How did you get the word out?

3.  What type of party did you have? (Beer and wine tasting, sporting event, cooking class, document shredding party,etc...)

4. How did you build a case for a reasonable budget?

5.  Was it successful? If you could do it again, what would you change?

Thanks everyone- even if you have not yet hosted a Client Appreciation Party, I would greatly appreciate your thoughts and ideas. Masterminding is a beautiful thing!

Good morning Jonathan,

Working as a buyer's agent the Broker had one at a local cinema paying for a ticket, popcorn, a drink for two. A little over a 1000 invitations were mailed a month before and a phone call to those whom had not accepted for three weeks.

It ended with four couples coming so not a huge success.

Personally I do drop bys until December 15 and have a much better response.

Make yourself a great day.

Raymond E. Camp - I'm sorry to hear about that. I will have to try doing more drop bys! You have a great day, as well.

The Agent you choose REALLY does make a difference

I often think about this - have never done this myself but value Raymond sharing the experience of his brokerage. I'm sure the time and expense into planning that event was high....will watch for others to share....
