Congratulations to the Bruzzese family on the closing of their first home!! Yesterday we walked through the brand new home, built by Smith / Douglas Homes, and everything was perfect.
The closing lasted a bit longer than normal but for a great reason. Turns out Jakki had some great questions for the attorney about everything that was going on. I encourage questions from my clients and the attorney said a couple of times how great the questions were.
In the end, we had perfectly happy clients who were also well informed of the buying process.
