Beautiful photo.....as for being the pilot, I always try to make sure my compass is pointing in the right direction.
Paul, sometimes time feels so arbitrary. At times, it seems to drag on and not move ... other times it does fly by. Time is an illusion.
What if I'm a bad navigator? 
It's a good thing my husband is a great co-pilot in case I get off course!
I've found the longer I shuffle around this planet the swifter time flies. But, I do have a little more control than when younger.
