So I sit here and look at the homes I have sold over the years. I have helped quite a few people and had great relationships with them during the purchase of their home. But when working for a builder, once they close, they then call the warranty department for everything. While you are still on site at the same neighborhood, they stop by and say hello.
I say all this because why do we have to wait for someone to catch-up with us. Shame on me for not calling them to catch up. Who am I that I am too busy to call some ne for 5 minutes to just see how their week is going.
So this week and for the next few; I am calling everyone I have ever sold a home just to say hello. I don't want anything from them I just really want to know how they are doing.
So I issue this challenge. How many people are there out there that you have had a great friendship with and don't know how they are doing yet this week?
Pick up the phone and make a call to just say Hello!
