Videos can Help Position You as the Market Expert - YouTube Thursdays for November 19,2015

My friend Gayle Rich-Boxman Fishhawk Lake Realtor (503)755-2905 reminds me how important video can be for REALTORS®. Imagine being the voice of your community. You bring a market to life and share local parks and trails, events, people, and yes, even important news. 

In my opinion, Gayle has a done a great job with these 2 videos. They aren't perfect, but it doesn't matter. She is doing a great job sharing important news with residents who live in the Fishhawk Lake area, and it gives all of us all a better look at this rustic and remote environment where she lives, works, and plays.

Debb talk about  a kick in the butt (market reports - I read that!)...you've been kicking my butt for years now on video's and it's got to stop!! That only means that NOW since my marketing coordinator is on staff I'll have some time to play with videos now.  YES!!!

AB~I felt the same way but didn't have a camera that made it easy to shoot videos, til Dick Greenberg came onto the scene with his Canon find. I finally got with the progam, too. Now, there are no excuses for me!

Hi there Sharon, agree Gayle Rich-Boxman Fishhawk Lake Realtor (503)755-2905 has the right personality and market to do this style of video. And, it is very authentic. There are some markets where it wouldn't work well, or some folks who couldn't make it work.  Gayle is simply a wonderful ambassador for her community. And, we should all strive for that if we intend to "own" a market.

Gayle Rich-Boxman Fishhawk Lake Realtor (503)755-2905 - been busy, almost have all of our to-do's into R and A. The new marketing, branding and website are going to be phenomonal. I'm really getting excited. Enough about me. I tried to feature your post in my group YouTube Thursdays and it wasn't in the group - you probably assume that you can only post videos on Thursdays, but that's no the case. The name confuses many folks. ;)  At any rate, I decided to make my YouTube Thursdays feature about it as I so wanted to reiterate the message of using video to become the local expert. As you know. that's going to be a big part of my new direction. R and A really want me to use the old broadcast and news skills to become the voice of the niche and communities I serve. At any rate, it was exciting to see your videos this week, as that's what you are doing too. Videos will really help cement your credibility. Once again, bravo.

You are right, Debb Janes . YouTube is also a search engine in a way - and more we market on YouTube, Google does  take note of it. 

Specially, when it is LOCAL events marketed through YouTube videos, it's a winner.
