How to find mobile homes for sale?

Mobile homes for sale

There's a lot of mobile homes for sale, summer very nice ones and some not so much. So you need to know which mobile home is correct for you in your family. The best way to find a mobile home in Texas is to search on the internet. There are hundreds of different web sites out there that you can help you find your next home.  However there's a few that I'm going to recommend to you.

Mobilehomesforsale.com - This website is absolutely awesome. It is probably my first choice when looking at mobile homes because of the user friendly navigation throughout the website. The website is owned and operated by a gentleman named Austin. He is very down to earth and it is pretty cool to be able to pick up the phone and call someone and have them answer questions about your mobile home search. So I would recommend this website above all others based on that alone. However they also have over 2000 listings, listings in every single state, and very useful information about the homes in areas that you were looking to live.

Mhvillage.com - this is a good website that I would also recommend. There are some pros and cons to this website however. The biggest Pro is that it is very old, so they have a lot of listings from many dealers around the country. The biggest con to this website is off so that it is very old. It is not as user friendly as some of the other websites out there and can be a little bit hard to navigate at times. So if I was grading this website I would give it the 70. So it's still going to pass the test and present you with mobile homes for sale that you'll be able to find for you and your family.  It just won’t be the easiest search you have ever done.

Realtor.com - realtor.com as you know is one of the largest real estate websites on the internet. It is going to have more information, and probably more listings than any other website out there. However the biggest knock I have on realtor.com is that they specialize in stick build houses or brick houses, they are not going to specialize in mobile homes, modular homes, or whatever you want to call them. Realtor.com is a website that is only looking after the $200,000 and up clientele. They are trying to make a buck on generating leads, and selling those leads to realtors. So this is not a website I would recommend at all when searching for your next mobile home for sale.

Trulia.com and Zillow.com - as some of you may know Trulia purchased Zillow not too long ago, so it is actually the same company now. Trulia is one of the largest real estate websites in the world , they're going to have a lot more information on neighborhoods , history of the property, recently solds in the area, and all that fun stuff people love to look into. Once again no you're going to have that same problem. They are only really interested in selling leads to realtors in getting the stick built or frame house leads. They're not interested, and have little to no priority in mobile homes or modular homes for sale . So if you're looking for a brick house in a suburb by all means click on Trulia .  Just don't do it if you looking for mobile homes for sale.
