With the popularity of one level living, light to no yard work and the ease of coming and going continuing to be in high demand I thought it would be a good time to talk about patio homes in Colorado Springs and specifically El Paso County area. With some on golf courses, some not, some bigger communities and others much small there is room for all.
For the month of October 2015 there are 80 total patio homes noted. Of those:
- 59 are active listings with an average list price of $349,497 and 136 days on market.
- 9 are under contract with an average list price of $388,292 and 79 days on market.
- 1 is under contract short sale at a list price of $149,000 and 31 days on market.
- 2 are pending with a list price of $308,950 and 56 days on the market.
- 8 are sold with a sales price average of $307,046 and 124 days on the market.
The active patio home listings are nicely spread out across the county with 5 in Briargate, 1 Central, 21 East, 1 in Fountain Valley, 5 in Falcon, 1 Northeast, 4 in Northgate, 14 in Old Colorado City, 3 in Southwest and 4 West.
