3 Hours A Day Lead Generation

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Real Estate

I have said it before and will say it again.  Three hours is hard to do consistentley.  This week I only had one open house with my listings.  I sat it and had two groups come thru.  Just lookers.  Our office is working on having the opens on Wednesday nights between 6-8.  I live close to the Jersey shore and Delaware shores so everyone goes there or to the Pocono Mts on weekends.

I continue to write my Personal Acknolegedment notes.  Last week I picked out my favorite Aunts and Uncles.  I started the note out by say

Dear Aunt--------------

I need your help.  As you know from the news the Real Estate .......................At the end I ask for them to recommend me to any co-workers or friends who may be buying or selling a home.

I am attending any classes that I can just to gain more knowledge about Real Estate.  I am wearing my name tag and handing out business cards.

Hope all is going well for you and that you are keeping spirits up.  When this market turns it's going to be great!

Debbie

Don't say when the market turns...it is great now. You have to believe that and let your buyers and sellers know that. It will generate you business. I do 3 hours a day of lead generation (since I joined Keller Williams) and it is paying of for me. It is difficult some days, but it is so important to do.

Keep making those calls and contacts. Good luck!

I agree with you Debbie.  It will be great when everything turns.  I hope you continue to keep your positive attitude and spirit.  Your work will pay off... one day you will look up and you will be swamped with more business than you can shake a stick at!  Keep up the good work!!

It is amazing the power of the notes. We have received so many great comments from our clients and friends because of a personal note that we sent.

The one item that I would add to your note is asking the reader to take an action. Our normal one is:

Oh, by the way... If you know of someone thinking of buying or selling Real Estate, who would appreciate the kind of service we offer, we'd love to help them. Just give us a call with their name and business number. We'll be happy to follow up with them and give them excellent service.

Don't be afraid to ask for their help.
