Started as a Florida reverse mortgage marketing company, we are working on licensing as we speak and currently operate as a marketing company. Gone are the days of speaking to 5 different reverse mortgage lenders in Florida to get information on 5 different financial products. Another competitive advantage we feel is that we will not become a traditional mortgage broker. Our efforts will be 100% focused on reverse mortgages to allow us to adapt quickly to new regulations, changes in the industry, new product offerings, and more. You know the saying, jack of all trades, master of none. Our goal is to master the reverse mortgage industry via contuining education and hiring the industries best talent.

Shop Reverse Mortgages was born out of a need. With the common mortgage broker model being greater than the reverse mortgage lender model in our opinion, having access to different reverse mortgage rates for the consumer is key. Putting this in an easy to understand format is critical. However, what if all reverse mortgage lenders could be shopped simaltaneously? This is our end goal. It is a bold goal that we will not stop attempting to accomplish.
Our team truly understands that by giving value to those seeking the lowest reverse mortgage rates, reverse mortgage lenders will be held to a higher standard. Allowing the market-place to determine what is the lowest rates reverse mortgage lenders could charge while still making a profit is a win-win. Certainly for the consumer.
The intention is to constantly release new information in the learning center which is our blog. Some post topics will be our opinion on articles written by large organizations such as CNBC, giving the pros and cons of a reverse mortgage, information about our processes and procedures, and more.
