The Holiday Blues

Property Management in Saint Cloud and Kissimmee, Fl  is hard during the holiday season to locate competent renters. I guess if you have good credit and a good job, you really are not interested in uprooting your families during the holidays. Makes sense right? So who are the majority of those seeking to relocate during this time of year? In our experience, those that are fleeing, are fleeing eviction or personal problems that could become issues in coming months. But there are those who must move because of job related issues. Which are not so bad, especially if it's a promotion.

Here in St Cloud and Kissimmee, Florida we need to be extra vigilant to identify those who think it's a good idea to relocate South as winter is on the way and the North will soon be blanketed with snow. Most of these snow birds feel a move South is an easy task. But many come down without having a job secured. Then after a few months in the sun, and with spring in the air, they contemplate migration North as employment didn't yield the same as the job they left to begin with. Completely forgetting what motivated the move South to begin with, snow.

Bouncing with the weather is great, but not if your a property manager in Central Florida that have the job of keeping tenants to their one year leases.
