Urban living is trending and experts don’t see an end to it. Over the next 50 years, the population of urban centers is expected to grow, and there may be more demand for Coral Gables luxury homes, Orlando luxury homes, and other properties in city centers.
The shift from non-metropolitan areas to city centers and outskirts will shift residential living in interesting ways.
Urban planners will need to make room for these new residents, and may find creative ways to accommodate the growing numbers. From mixed-use commercial and residential properties to improve walkability as well as micro apartments for the singles and small family trends may be the way of the future.
