Hi Joel MacIntosh being mobile friendly is not an option today, it's a necessity.... and for those who are old school, it's a slow process to get "with it" but I'm "on it"....

Yes, people are using Mobile for anything and everything now.
Yup, right on the head, nailed it. Need to get with it, or be the one agent that didn't

Welcome to ActiveRain. Thanks for sharing great information. We all need to be aware of today's users on Mobile devices.
Glad I see this again, it still rings true, Need to make sure to be mobile too.
Your stats about device usage are way off. iOS doesn't have over 70% market share.
That is what the seo people are claiming.... You are using an older interface.
It is not at par with ours. Unfortunately for them it is mobile based already....
Issues is limited listings. One agent in our area got 10 during 2015 together with buyer she did $32M sales. She told me she doubted her webpage made a difference. But she started getting into social media a few months ago found a bunch of service providers wanting to sell her something....
Nice infographic Joel MacIntosh - and yes, goes without saying Mobile Rocks!
What next now?
Joel MacIntosh love your infographics. I paid alot of money in 2015 to get my website mobile ready. I do believe in the value of it.
Where's Android in your analysis, and it's "overwhelmingly".
Thanks for the catch on "overwhelmingly" - updating now!
As far as the Android comment, the stats above are for devices, not operating systems which is why it's not listed. Hope that clarifies!
