This is up 22.9% from $1,750,000 in October of 2014. 3-month median price of $2,062,500 in October was up modestly from $1,780,000 in September and up slightly from $1,760,000 in October of 2014. Price per square foot in October was $575. This is down from $630 in September but up from $546 in October of 2014.
Inventory
Inventory of 133 in October was up 0.8% from 132 in September and up 22.0% from 109 in October of 2014. New listings of 24 in October were down considerably from 34 in September and down moderately from 33 in October of 2014. Months of supply of 8.6 in October was down marginally from 8.7 in September but up a little from 7.7 in October of 2014.
Market Time
Days on market of 86 in October was up moderately from 69 in September but down slightly from 93 in October of 2014.
