We have decided that it is time to begin new traditions at holidays that celebrate a positive spirit . Our new celebration will never replace the memories of family that are no longer here...but we think honors them in the way they would want us to celebrate...positive...planning ahead both pers
onally and professionally which is something we enjoy doing as well. We are thankful....for all we have and all we are about to receive....if you can conceive it and believe it...whatever "it" is can become reality.
The supplies for our Vision Board are very simple...we begin with a piece of green cardboard...it signifies..growth, health, prosperity...fresh starts...fosters creativity.
At the top we write: For our Highest Good in 2016
The creative part of the board begins....know that the important part of a Vision board is to imprint positive thought that becomes positive action on your sub conscious which becomes your conscious....the route to all things good in every aspect that you choose to illustrate.
Pictures are very powerful...the more colorful and the more accurately they illustrate what is in your mind's eye, the better the results of using this "tool fof life." Good Health may be at the top of your list. 
That can mean...more exercise..healthier eating, less weight...picture yourself healthier...Maybe it is a scale with your desired weight...
maybe it is a new exercise regiment ...Less this and more that in your diet...You decide what picture best works for the imprint you desire in your mind.
Perhaps you have a vacation location that you have in mind...find the picture that best illustrates what you see in your mind's eye when you think of yourself at that place...whether it is 
skiing down a mountain or lounging at the beach...you know exactly what the scenery is..
whether you are feeling snowflakes on your cheeks or the sun warming every part of you....you imagine the feeling...find that picture for your board. Use a picture of that specific location..show that resort or landmark..make that mind imprint detailed.
Maybe this is the year for a new car...and you know the model, the color...the features...you can see it in your garage...you know how comfortable you are driving it..and that is the picture you add to your board.
Your goal might be to pay off a loan or a debt of some kind from a credit card to a mortgage. 
Take an actual paper statement...or print yours from the internet...and write in the date by which you wish to pay it off and show a zero balance.
You can do the same thing with business goals..whether it is dollar amounts, closed transactions, profit..."make it real" with that picture that best illustrates this accomplished goal....and add it to your board.
At the bottom of the board, you may choose to write:
And So it Is !
You may choose to add, subtract...be more specific as time goes by. When you have finished your board, put it in a place that you will see it every day...on top your dresser, the bathroom mirror...the night stand...and spend just 3 minutes when you wake up and when you go to sleep...seeing 
yourself having whatever you have illustrated as reality in your life.
Do not use the words.."I want...I will..." future tenses of words put your goals in the future and not in the present. BE present with your goals, your desires...know that you can have all that you imagine to be yours.
