The 10 Hottest Selling Neighborhoods In South Charlotte, NC

South Charlotte real estate, in general, has been hot, hot, hot all year. But there were 10 neighborhoods in 2015 (year-to-date) that were real standouts and have been named the "10 Hottest Selling South Charlotte Neighborhoods" by the South Charlotte Weekly. Obviously, to some extent sales were high in these neighborhoods because they are large enough to support a critical mass of listings and sales. Nonetheless, it's worth pointing out that sales in a number of these neighborhoods were essentially moribund during the lean years a few years ago, when other neighborhoods were selling better.

George Souto ~ good morning, George.... what was really amazing for me to see is how much prices have gone up in many of these neighborhoods since I've been in Charlotte. And also that many of the neighborhoods that are now so "hot" were "dead" a few years ago.

Larry Johnston ~ good morning, Larry... thanks... it's amazing how neighborhoods "turn around," as many of these were no where close to being even warm a few years ago.

Wayne Martin ~ good morning, Wayne... one thing I've always said about the Charlotte market is that it's "an embarrassment of riches." There is truly something here for every taste and every budget and I know that's not the case in many places.
