This is a delicious and easy recipe that has been a favorite of our family for years. It might sound a little different but if you try it you'll love it!
Pineapple Casserole:
2 (20 Oz) cans pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup sugar
6 Tablespoons flour
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tube crumbled Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter
Mix the pineapple, sugar, flour and cheese together in a casserole dish. Crumble the cracker crumbs on top and pour the melted butter over the crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
