DID YOU KNOW.....
The average age of a home buyer in Missouri is 36? According to the National Association of Realtor report, The typical seller in 2015 was 54 years old.
We haven't figured up our average age of our buyers this year, but we have worked every age group, all the way up to the age of 82.
