There were only seven closings in Webster, New York week ending 11/13/15 with and average sale price of $199,900.

For the year a total of 372 closings which is 18.5% ahead of last year with 303 closing.

The average for the year so far is $184,950 compared to $165,000 an 8.9% increase.

Again there were seven new listings with three being to be built and three under the $200,000 mark.

With a total of 157 listings active and 47 under the average sale price it continues to be a shortage of inventory.
