When the owners of this contemporary home did an addition they made a practical mud room with a ton of storage.
There are four cleverly camouflaged closets with doors painted by an artist.
Three of those closets are used for pantry space and the fourth with the "gates' is actually a large walk in closet.
This is such a good idea having access to the mudroom from the porch and also close proximity to the kitchen and home office.
There is room for pets, for children, a place to sit and remove wet boots and a place to store everything out of sight.
