Staging tips for selling homes at top dollar! If your listing has any of these qualities, be sure to highlight them!

1. Hypoallergenic Home

-Homes with wood or tile floors attract buyers with allergies because they don't absorb odors or allergens from pets or smoke.

2. Closets and Storage Space

-Kitchen pantries, walk-in closets and garage space are very desirable!

3.  Energy-Efficient Features

-Double-paned windows, ENERGY STAR appliances or a home automation system are all things to mention on your listing! Tip- display the utilitiy bills in open houses

Many of my clients open closet doors and kitchen cabinets.  If they are dirty and a mess, they tend to move on to the next home thinking if the people live like this, what are the things they don't see that may be wrong with the house.
