ANOTHER nice increase in homes sales in Monroe CT! Real estate closed sales for October 2015 went UP 79% as compared to October 2014 closed sales.


Average list and sales prices INCREASED 12% and 13% respectively with the median going UP 5% as well.  Sales were also up 14% from last month. See chart below.

 

Market absorption came in at 6.31 months meaning it would take 6.31  months to sell off the present inventory of 101 homes keeping Monroe in a buyers market statistically.

 Sales crept up a little from last month and overall are still a lot better as compared to last year.
