LCH Team has partnered with Level Homes. These builders are one of a kind and known for their amazing work. Currently, we're working on Phase 3 of Laurel Grove. Not 1, not 2, but the 3rd phase! You know what that means, it's so great, two neighborhoods of it weren't enough. It is located off of Chemin Metarie. If you're not farmiliar with Acadiana, this is a very family oriented area. It is in the Earnest Gallet/ Youngsville/ Comeaux school zone.
So all we've done is talk about the area so far, we havn't even gotten to the houses themselves yet!! Since these homes are under construction, you have some decisions in the homes. Level Homes has multiple floor plans and appliance options they're putting in each of the houses so if you don't like one, there are so many others to choose from!
