The greatest agent relationship of all times was that Jesus was an agent of God's. Everything that He said and did was in the name of God, not in the name of Jesus.
Many real estate brokers apparently don't recognize or accept that the agents who are licensed under the broker's license are his mouth pieces, and the broker is responsible for every word and every deed they do that is a requirement of a real estate license.
That is why I continue to circle my real question: How many agents can a broker sponsor who, as his spokespersons, he can oversee and manage?
Whether or not there are managers in the office or other brokers or other very seasoned agents, does not modify or reduce the broker's responsibility for those he has licensed as his agents.
Is it time for there to be a real estate licensing limit on how many agents a broker can sponsor?
