The Woodmont Park neighborhood is bordered on the north by Sunset Point Road which is a major east west road. All manner of shopping is close by. Easy commute to both Tampa and Saint Petersburg.

Values in Woodmont Park have shown a nearly 25% improvement of 2014. (d) The number of sales annually suggest this trend will continue although at a lower projected rate of value increase.(c) Average Days on Market is increasing suggesting some resistance to prices. This is usually associated with appraisals related to financing.
