I have 3 listings all over a million dollars... and a listing at $750,000+. So what am I doing? Well right now I am in the process of negotiating a deal on a $14,000 house in a small town.  That's right 14,000.  Ha!!!

But the rest of the story is the owner has sold over 2 million dollars of real estate and bought over $2,500,000 using me in the last 3 years!!

Yes...I will sell his small rental for him!!!! :-)
