As inventory and demand slow a little we may be shifting towards a buyer's market. As we approach Spring of 2016 the market will shift again back to a seller's market... I expect Spring to be HUGE for Champlin Real estate!

A few things to consider, as the temperatures drop and we start to get snow you can assume anyone heading to your front door is a 'serious' buyer! Relocation changes still occur in any month so it's possible they will be looking in the winter. Also, rental leases end year round as well. Even though moving in the winter may not be ideal for everyone there's still a need for home's during any season. As we have been extremely blessed with wonderful weather this winter, we're seeing homes still moving and will likely push sales steadily through the winter months.
