Art and Architecture at an Airport
I was at the Portland airport. It is a stunningly beautiful airport and even the lines and textures spoke to me.
Some of my photos are of the actual structure surrounding me, some were pieces of standing art.
There is something dramatic in clean lines and circles that create abstract art.
Abstract art is one of my favorite mediums.
This was a clock.
This was a shot towards the ceiling. I did nothing to the color, was shooting into the light and simply changed the ISO, I believe. It reminds me of a lighthouse.
A carved bicycle wheel done in wood.
Windows and beams of upper stories.
There is "art" everywhere, just look for it!
