My Niche is Calling - I'm Finally Going to Answer

About a year ago I wrote a blog post about a local subdivision.  It was just one of those posts that you do without much intention behind it other than providing local information, SEO, etc.

I have received more phone calls on that post about that subdivision than any other post that I have written since I started blogging.Arbor Ridge at Marietta

This particular community has special attributes which make it appealing for a particular subset of buyers.

So, after a year of hints from the market I'm planning on jumping into this NICHE with both feet.

Starting now.  I'm in the information gathering phase as I can no longer ignore what the market is asking me to do.

I will be posting about all of the communities in the area that fit this special demographic as well as doing direct mail to the homeowners already living in these communities to generate listings.

If you have any helpful advice about developing a niche for a special sector of the market, I would love to hear your words of wisdom.

I read an article that said your niche will find you and here yours is - congrats! All the suggestions above are exactly what you need to implement, one thing at a time. Just don't try to do all of them at once is my advice.

Good luck with your niche!  I would recommend writing posts, creating videos, and posting across several media formats to get the best results fastest.

Jenna Dixon  Many of us do market reports and get wonderful results . Bob Stewart  teaches a course in AR university on how to do them and there are also forms you can use to write them .  I personally get wonderful results from my market reports .

Jenna, I suggest to have quarterly newsletters to the subdivision, I farm in couple of subdivisions and have "Yard of the Month" signs with my Co name and logo, I drive around and pick a yard each month, hand deliver a card to the owner with a photo of their yard and a gift certificate to Starbucks.
