Why doesn't every Home Seller just list their home with many different agents to get their home sold quicker? This was a series of questions from a Manchester NH area Home Owner. They were under a false assumption that if they list their home was listed with many agents at the same time, that they will be getting an extra level of exposure over listing with just 1 agent.
My first question was where they heard this from. "On the web" was the answer of course. Well just because it is on the Internet does not mean it is true. The Home Seller than told me a series of stories of neighbors and friends whose homes were for sale and did not sale. That they really wanted an edge. He was starting to see the hard truth. We spoke for over an hour. He was obviously searching on his computer as we spoke as he quoted me one of my infamous sayings i use on any blog. It made me smile to be able help this home owner. He wants to wait until January to list but asked me if i wanted to come by now to get started.
