The strongest market in Birmingham this year was for leases, This is not surprising ( this is also true in Royal Oak) Second strongest markets and almost a tie, there were 72 Sales from 200-250 and 71 sales over 1,000,000. The lowest markets were from 400-450 and 800-1,000,000. Over all it was a great year for Birmingham, The city sales were slightly higher at most price points and if sales were lower only by a few sales. Birmingham was extremely stable.
