Funniest source of "mystery" water leak

By
Real Estate Agent with Resort and Second-Home Specialist REALTOR Broker #21673

After a long week of work you may enjoy a good laugh. Check out this short video taken by a couple of homeowners who were surprised to see a big increase in their water bill. Maybe a pipe burst? No, but as the wife's says in this clip "I think we have a problem!". (This has been around for a while but it's funny even if you have seen it before.)

Have a great weekend everyone!

Fortunately my cats did not figure out this kind of entertainment, but I do have extra expenses because one of them loves shredding paper-towels and toilet paper.

Kathleen,
I have a client who was out of town for an extended period. A raccoon got in the house, and turned on the kitchen lever faucet. 14,000 gallons and a trashed house later the owner came back. Surprise.

Kathleen Luiten Now that these homeowners know the source of the'leak' perhaps they won't be leaving 'floaters' in the bowl next time?

I hadn't seen this before but have to say I am not surprised. Cats do all sorts of things, especially when our backs are turned
