FSBO deals can get interesting.  Greater than 80% of FSBO eventually go with a realtor.  The playing field has gotten quite complex with the different chnges in regulatons and financing problems.  

As a realtor, representing the buyer it can be quite dificult, yu are essentially doing the work of two agents.
